Unpaid Internship Placement: IT Support

Start Date: Weekly Intakes

Minimum Duration: 2 Months

Requirements: A good command of English (minimum B1 level), Studying  IT/ Recent Graduate in IT, Basic Knowledge of IT systems – Windows 10

Details: A local betting company is looking for an intern to join their IT department. The current team is a global, international team who work both on local and international projects to ensure the infrastructure is accessible at all times and continuously improved. You will gain knowledge in the day to day work that is being handled within the Corporate IT department. In addition, you will learn how to work with IT systems and work closely with your colleagues and much more.


  • Acting as first point of contact for the troubleshooting and resolution of Incidents and Service Requests related to hardware configuration/installation, software, application and network problems amongst others;
    • Routing those incidents and service requests that require reassignment to other service teams
    • Supporting colleagues to handle new user accounts requests
    • Identifying trends and potential problem sources
    • Making use of available tools and keeping technical documentation up to date
    • Taking ownership of daily routines related to printing services, server room, meeting rooms set-up and IT inventory
  • Other duties may also be assigned depending on various projects the company might be undertaking
