The entry requirements for the NCUK International Foundation Year programme are very straight forward. Students must be 17 years old, would have completed 12 years of high school education and have a recognised English language qualification e.g. IELTS 5.0. For students to be eligible for the NCUK International Foundation Year Programme they must normally be 17 years old and have successfully completed 12 years of school education. Students with only 11 years of education will be considered NSE (non-standard entry).
Students must meet the minimum English Language requirements to join the International Foundation Year programme. The following scores will help applicants determine if their qualifications match NCUK’s requirements:
Password – 5.0 (this test can be facilitated by the European College of Malta at the agent’s office)
IELTS – minimum 5.0 in each module (does not need to be UKVI IELTS)
TOEFL – 62
PTE academic – 46
