Clubclass News

Clubclass Malta TEFL Cert Course
Clubclass Malta recently held a TEFL Cert Course.  This course is a requirement set by Malta’s Ministry for Education for those who would like to obtain a licence to teach English as a foreign language.  The course was designed and led by Kevin Spiteri who has many years of experience teaching and training teachers from all over the world.  It combined instruction with hands-on experience that that gave the participants the tools and abilities that would allow them to thrive in today’s EFL classroom.

12th time visiting Clubclass!
During March we had a big group of 89 students from Austria who came here through one of our agents Otto (surname). It was the 12th time this agent has brought students to Clubclass. As always we had everything well planned for them day by day and the group thoroughly enjoyed their experience in learning English as well as having fun during their stay in Malta!

We are ready for our Summer Programme
Summer is fast approaching and we are ready to welcome our Junior and Teenage students in June on the Young Learners and Liberty programme respectively. Check out programme details here and book now while there are places left.

Clubclass team on the go!
Members of our marketing team have just returned from abroad where they were away for several weeks promoting Clubclass and strengthening relationships with agents. We visited Studyexpo in Turkey, and agent visits in Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, China and Taiwan. The trips were very successful with new ideas brought back from our team!

Brochure update
Please have a look at the New Material section on our newsletter as we have updated our Terms & Conditions. It is important you kindly note the new wording for the Refusal of Visa:

If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed 8 days or more before the enrolment start date, a full refund, less an administration fee of €150 and courier fees (if applicable), will be sent to the student. The refund will be transferred into the same account from where the original payment was effected. If the School is informed 7 days or less before the enrollment start date, a cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of one week (course, accommodation, course resource fee, airport transfers, etc.) bank charges and courier fees (if applicable), will be charged. In the case of a student’s visa not being extended, a refund based on the difference between the amount paid and the charge for the revised duration will be given. In all cases, the original documents issued by the School and evidence of the visa refusal are to be handed to the School. No refund will be given if a student is expelled or deported.

Although we have many accommodation options available it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment!
