Cancellation & Refund Policy
In all cases, evidence of the visa refusal is to be presented to the school Clubclass Malta.
In all cases, the original documents issued by the School Clubclass London and evidence of the visa refusal are to be handed to the School.
No refund will be given if a student is expelled or deported. In the case of reservations for Clubclass London, the Cancellation & Refund Policy of the respective accommodation booked through the School may also apply – please check the accommodation data sheet for details.
“NO SHOW” OR CANCELLATION AFTER ARRIVAL
If a reservation is cancelled or shortened 29 days or more after a student’s enrolment start date, the student needs to advise the School in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the revised course/enrolment end date, otherwise a 4-week cancellation fee will apply.
During the cancellation period the student is permitted to continue making use of the services paid for. Any refunds for the part of the package not utilised (if any) will be given to the student in the form of a credit note, which can be used for a course upgrade (in a group) or transferred to another student who is not enrolled at the School.
The School will send an e-mail to acknowledge that a cancellation / curtailment request has been received. If a student does not receive a confirmation email from the School it means that the request has not been received.
